A mulher confessou que dopou e envenenou o pedreiro, mas alegou para a Pol\u00edcia Civil que agiu em leg\u00edtima defesa. No entanto, a vers\u00e3o apresentada por Edinalva n\u00e3o convenceu os investigadores, ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise de seu prontu\u00e1rio m\u00e9dico e outros dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O caso foi registrado, inicialmente, na 71\u00aa DP (Itabora\u00ed), que realizou as primeiras investiga\u00e7\u00f5es para apurar as circunst\u00e2ncias da morte. A per\u00edcia apontou que a morte foi causada por hipoxemia por constri\u00e7\u00e3o cervical causada por asfixia mec\u00e2nica Os agentes tamb\u00e9m apreenderam cartelas vazias de rem\u00e9dios controlados e um produto extremamente t\u00f3xico de uso veterin\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A DHNSG deu continuidade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es e apurou que o casal possu\u00eda um hist\u00f3rico conturbado, com tentativas de suic\u00eddio e homic\u00eddio por parte da mulher, que n\u00e3o concordava com o t\u00e9rmino do relacionamento.
