A pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria foi decretada pelo Plant\u00e3o Judici\u00e1rio do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida por agentes da 32\u00aa DP (Taquara), em conjunto com a Corregedoria da Secretaria de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria (Seap). O entregador foi socorrido e encaminhado para uma unidade de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o policial penal e a v\u00edtima teriam discutido antes do disparo. A arma de Ferrarini foi apreendida e encaminhada para per\u00edcia. Ele chegou a prestar depoimento no s\u00e1bado (30), mas havia sido liberado. Com a an\u00e1lise das evid\u00eancias, a Pol\u00edcia Civil representou pela pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Seap informou que o servidor foi afastado por 90 dias. Em nota, a secret\u00e1ria da pasta, Maria Rosa Nebel, classificou a conduta como \u201cabomin\u00e1vel\u201d e afirmou que o epis\u00f3dio n\u00e3o condiz com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da maioria dos policiais penais do estado.
