Na ocasi\u00e3o, a fam\u00edlia do ator revelou \u00e0 imprensa americana que o ator n\u00e3o tratava a doen\u00e7a em raz\u00e3o das suas cren\u00e7as religiosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O artista&nbsp;foi respons\u00e1vel por interpretar grandes papeis dos anos 80 e 90, como Jim Morrison em \u201cThe Doors\u201d e o Iceman, rival de Tom Cruise, em \u201cTop Gun\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O \u00faltimo trabalho de Kilmer foi na sequ\u00eancia do sucesso de bilheteria \u201cTop Gun\u201d, em que interpretou o mesmo personagem dos anos 80, Iceman.
