O autor foi localizado no bairro do Graja\u00fa, na Zona Norte, algumas horas ap\u00f3s o crime, em uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta das delegacias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com o apurado, o homem \u00e9 usu\u00e1rio de drogas e exigiu dinheiro e um cart\u00e3o de d\u00e9bito com a senha da v\u00edtima. Durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o, ele enforcou a m\u00e3e e utilizou uma faca para a amea\u00e7\u00e1-la.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A idosa conseguiu fugir, mas sofreu diversas les\u00f5es corporais. Ao tomar ci\u00eancia dos fatos, os agentes realizaram dilig\u00eancias e localizaram o criminoso, que foi autuado em flagrante pelo crime de tentativa de roubo na Forma da Lei Maria da Penha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O preso j\u00e1 possui diversas passagens pelo mesmo crime, inclusive contra a pr\u00f3pria m\u00e3e.
