A pris\u00e3o do acusado foi filmada por policiais militares do 7\u00baBPM (Niter\u00f3i-Maric\u00e1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"848\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 480 \/ 848;\" width=\"480\" controls src=\"https:\/\/sgvaimudar.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/WhatsApp-Video-2024-09-10-at-08.20.05.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a ocorr\u00eancia, um homem, ligou para o 190 e informou que o acusado estava furtando cabos em frente ao local onde trabalha. Os\u00a0agentes seguiam pela via em dire\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0\u00e0 Pra\u00e7a quando se depararam com Clayton Da Silva Lemos, de 41 anos, em cima do poste, arrancando a fia\u00e7\u00e3o. Ap\u00f3s ser abordado pelos militares, o indiv\u00edduo fugiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contudo, a equipe policial disponibilizou o numero do telefone funcional da guarni\u00e7\u00e3o caso o elemento voltasse para fazer contato, poucas horas ap\u00f3s o solicitante fez contato com a guarni\u00e7\u00e3o, que de imediato procedeu ao local e deteu o elemento, que  descartou as provas, mas ficou no local outros fios pendurados no poste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diante dos fatos guarni\u00e7\u00e3o procedeu a 76\u00aa DP onde o acusado permaneceu preso por Furto no artigo 155 do CP. Segundo a pol\u00edcia, ao puxar o nome de Clayton no sistema haviam outras anota\u00e7\u00f5es criminais: duas passagens por roubo, duas por furto e uma por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o de menores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>S\u00e3o Gon\u00e7alo Vai Mudar.
